Over the years, Tajima has strived to create quality authentic ramen. Our original Tonkotus soup takes up to 12 hours to cook. And the result is a rich & creamy broth perfect with your choice of rame noodles & toppings
**All of our broth are pork based ( tonkotsu). Noodle choices are Thin or Fat. Substitute gluten-free or spinach noodle $1.
**All standard toppings are already included. (pork chashu, 1/2 ramen egg, green onion, sesame seeds and Japanese seaweed)
